She now spends most of her time in Venice where she runs courses for educators.

- Producing accurate books and records for the company.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including review of the P&L and Balance Sheet, analysis of fluctuations compared to forecast
- Planning and budgeting, including incorporating historical data.
- Creating reports and analyses that support strategic business decisions. You will support all the financial data needs of the business owner.
- Coordination with outside auditors and/or accountant/bookkeeper, gather and help preparing all supporting documentation requested
- Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls
- Oversee payables, receivables.
- Developing financial strategy, including opportunity forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations
- You will analyse a business's day-to-day financial operations. You will help us to reduce the time needed to close the books and enforce internal controls and company policies.
- Identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
Who are we looking for:

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about architecture and would like to develop partnerships with international universities? Join the European Cultural Academy (ECA) as our new University Collaborations Manager. In this role you are responsible for developing partnerships with international professors to create study abroad opportunities for students. This includes business development, account management, marketing and the organisation of two-week programmes in Venice or online.

• Interest in architecture (background in the creative industries is a plus)
• A relationship manager by heart
• Excellent communication, marketing and organisational skills
